What is BeachBody Coach Summit like?

Now that I have had time to reflect and come down off the positive energy high, I feel this is a good time to let everyone take a sneak peek into my 2016 Beachbody Coach Summit (coaching conference) experience. This was my first experience with this type of event, since I became a coach in January of this year. There were 25,000+ coaches there from all over, the workshops were awesome, the celebrations were breath taking, and getting to fellowship with my coaching team was amazing!  It was an awe inspiring experience to say the least.

It is one thing to know that there are 450,000+ Coaches out there, but it is another to see 25,000+ of them in the same town! It was an amazing feeling! The positive energy was flowing all week, and into the weekend. I had the chance to see that Beachbody Coaches aren’t all cut from the same mold, and we all have something unique to bring to the table. Coaches are of all nationalities, religions, shapes and sizes, but with a common passion. You could see this is in every smiling face, hugs flying all around, and people that really didn’t know each other forming a true connection. We may all be on a different journey, have different goals, and be in different places in our lives, but when we come together it is the passion for helping others that shines through!

When you sign up for Coach Summit, you are able to choose from two different avenues of workshops to pursue. You go in to see what top coaches are speaking, what their subjects will be, and then you select your track. This is such a difficult task because there are so many great topics of discussion that could be a game changer for your coaching business! I chose the Silver track this year solely because I wanted to hear Scottie Hobbs (a superstar male coach) speak about building confidence and overcoming your fears. Seeing as that is one of my weak points. I have always dealt with confidence issues, and dealing with my fears. This was a great opportunity to get a good perspective on dealing with that as a coach. I definitely made the right choice, because I gained soooo much great information from all the workshops and speakers. It was a win/win situation, but you still wish you could hear them all speak so you could soak up as much positivity, knowledge, and passion as possible!

During Summit there is an opening and closing celebration (ceremony), where corporate recognized coaches that have advanced their business the past year, top 10 coaches, elite coaches, the Beachbody Transformation finalists, and several other categories of recognition. This was another opportunity to see the 25,000+ coaches in one place. It was heartwarming and motivating to see the coaches being recognized for their hard work. This was a spectacular celebration for all Beachbody Coaches. I have never seen a company do anything like this to recognize its employees! It was a humbling experience.  These two events were definitely without disappointment! It was another ball of emotions packed into Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

What other way to wrap up this experience, but talking about spending time with my coaching family?! Summit was an opportunity for me to meet all the other coaches on our team, see my coach that I had not seen in 3 years, talk to my success partner face to face, and just fellowship with them. There is only so much you can share with someone on a video call or through messenger, but when you can look someone in the eye and give them a huge hug it makes a world of difference. We were able to have a couple of team meetings to get to know each other, I got to room with another coach, and I spent the whole weekend hanging out with my success partner. It was definitely a whirlwind of emotions! I wouldn’t trade my team for the world!

Coach Summit 2016 was an amazing experience!! I wouldn’t have missed it for the world!
